This set is also a great example of how even a world champion have to adjust his technique to cope with fatigue during a max effort like this one. The athletes is always walking a fine line between speed and energy economy.
Sunday 29th, at 9 am we will have a kettlebell lifting meet at Colorado Kettlebell club. This meet will be our first "State" competition. The state competition will happen yearly in April.

The lifts choices are:
Double Half Snatch - http://youtu.be/tbBgPsCXY5o

This meets is for all levels. Because with the BOLT rules you can place the kettlebells down and you can switch hands whenever you like lifters don't need much previous experience. Don't be fooled though into thinking this kettlebell endurance sport it's easy because you can put it down. The BOLT rules level the field, if you can perform a good rep and you are fit, you have a good chance of wining. If you are not, you will get a great workout, guranteed.
If you like to register please email me (Nico) at This email address is being protected from spambots. You need JavaScript enabled to view it. . Walk-ins are welcomed. Adults $25. Lifters 17 and under participate free this year. I hope to see you there!
