Whether you are a Trainer, Coach, or an independent lifter you need this workshop. You probably wouldn't build a house without a good foundation, yet in Kettlebell lifting that's what most people do. This running before learning how to walk it is the reason some people think kettlebell lifting is dangerous or bad for your back. Actually, they are right. Kettlebell lifting with poor technique is bad for you. With sound technique is a fountain of youth from where you can draw a new found vitality and strength. In addition with good training you become more athletic and enjoy of a limber strong body. We developed this workshop to provide the public with proper, effective and safe techniques and help the promotion of kettlebell lifting benefits.
This workshop revolves around learning the essential techniques for effective and safe kettlebell lifting training. A manual of exercises is provided so you don't have to spend time writing instead of practicing. This workshop r how to put it all together in a training program to target the following:
- Strength endurance
- Stamina
- Flexibility
- Power
- Efficiency
- Coordination
- Agility
- Balance
The duration of the workshop is 8 hours and it is a hands-on workshop. You get to practice everything you are learning and apply it to a variety of training formats. The main focus is on the three sport lifts since mastering this will improve your performance in all the others. We also give a battery of assitant exercises to enrich your programs. These exercises we call assisstant but they are fenomenal exercises that will produce tremendous results.
